Surgisenz Nexiglyde Polyglycolic Acid is a sterile, synthetic, absorbable surgical suture made from 100% glycolide. This braided and coated suture meets United States Pharmacopeia standards and is designed for general soft tissue approximation and ligation, including ophthalmic procedures but not for cardiovascular or neurological use. It is also available in undyed form.
